Job summary

Bartlett is seeking an Arborist Crew Leader in Greensboro, NC to lead a tree care crew and perform all services safely and efficiently. You’ll coach teammates, supervise operations, and ensure adherence to industry and company standards.

You’ll prune, cable and brace, rig, and removals, operate equipment, and maintain a positive, client-focused attitude. A minimum of three years’ tree climbing (DdRT/SRT) with aerial lift is required; a Class B CDL is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least three years of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience.
• Valid driver's license (Class B CDL preferred).
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
• Proven initiative, positive attitude, team-oriented and self-motivated.
• Experience supervising and training crews in arboriculture.

Responsibilities

• Safely performing and supervising all arboriculture tasks including pruning, cabling, bracing, rigging, and removals.
• Operate and maintain equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts).
• Supervise crews and ensure job-site safety and standards.
• Communicate with clients and build relationships.
• Ensure crew members are trained for each assignment.
