Job summary

Life Time Aquatics is seeking an Aquatics Supervisor in Middletown, New Jersey to oversee pool operations, train team members, and deliver exceptional member service in both indoor and outdoor facilities.

You will ensure a safe, clean environment, coach lifeguards, and manage programming quality while upholding Life Time standards. Wage is $17.75 to $21.25 per hour, reflective of experience and certifications, with full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• 6 months of customer service experience or related activity.
• 1 year coaching and/or swim instructor experience.
• 1 year of lifeguarding experience; 6 months head guard or supervising experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Aquatics Team Members offer a safe and friendly environment for all members and guests.
• Responds to Member inquiries about Life Time programs, products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Ensures we have the highest level of programming.
• Promotes Life Time swim program.
