Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Roseville, CA is seeking an Aquatics Supervisor to manage and train Aquatics Team Members, while ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming pool environment for members and guests. You will assist with swim programming, respond to member inquiries, and uphold certifications (StarGuardElite, CPR/First Aid).

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods.
• Ability to communicate with guests about Life Time products and services.
• Must be able to swim 300 yards/meters without stopping.
• Ability to bend to raise 20 lbs or less and occasionally lift more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to tread water for 1 minute.
• Ability to swim, retrieve a 10 lb diving brick, and swim to the top without stopping.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Aquatics Team Members offer a safe and friendly environment for all members and guests.
• Responds to Member inquiries about Life Time programs, products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Ensures we have the highest level of programming.
• Promotes Life Time swim program.
