Job summary

Qualifications

• Lifeguard certification and water safety credentials required.

• Ability to follow procedures and work outdoors in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provides on-deck supervision of staff and lifeguard rotations.
• Maintains safety standards and water quality; enforces rules and procedures.
• Oversees opening/closing, cash handling, and daily deposit processes.
• Trains, evaluates, and advises on-site personnel and volunteers.
