Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license; must obtain First Aid/CPR/AED, Lifeguard, and CPO/AFO certifications within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the aquatic facility and guide program development.
• Create engaging public experiences and supervise staff and volunteers.
• Ensure compliance with safety, policies, and county regulations.
• Represent the facility in community outreach and partnerships.
