Landmark Aquatic is seeking a Project Manager to lead large-scale aquatic facility projects from design through commissioning. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage budgets, and ensure milestones are met on schedule while maintaining client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring Procore expertise, strong communication, and meticulous organizational skills to oversee procurement, field operations, and cross-functional teams across multiple metro areas.

Qualifications

• Must have practical experience coordinating construction projects and managing teams.
• Strong understanding of construction terminology and workflow.
• Proficient with MS Office, Procore, and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractors and construction team to meet performance conditions.
• Develop a comprehensive schedule with milestones and critical tasks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from Design to Procurement and Field Ops for project success.
• Manage buyout process, monitor budget, identify cost overruns, and issue Subcontracts.
• Use job cost reporting to monitor budget and adjust schedule, manpower, and materials.
• Work with Field Ops leadership on manpower needs and critical task scheduling.
• Standardize procurement processes to prevent lead time issues and errors.
• Coordinate with Project Engineer on submittals, equipment ordering, and field staffing.
• Attend onsite client meetings and perform regular site visits to track progress.
