Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 6+ years software engineering and site reliability experience in cloud-native environments.
• 3+ years owning SLIs/SLOs/SLAs, incident command, and on-call processes.

Responsibilities

• Own reliability, performance, and cost outcomes with clear SLOs and error budgets.
• Lead design of observability, performance tests, and operational tooling.
• Manage admission of systems into production with gating on reliability checks.
• Develop and maintain automation, runbooks, and postmortems for incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define objectives and ensure readiness.
• Mentor engineers and champion blameless postmortems to drive fixes.
