Job summary

Logiciel Solutions is seeking an Applied AI Engineer/Lead to design, build, and deliver production-ready AI agents and automation workflows. This is the first dedicated AI engineering hire and will shape how Logiciel approaches applied AI from prototype to production.

You will collaborate with engineering teams, help define solution architecture, build demos, evaluate feasibility for pre-sales, and mentor other engineers on AI patterns, tooling, and observability.

Qualifications

• 6–15 years of software engineering experience.
• Proven experience building applied AI systems in production.
• Strong hands-on TypeScript/Node and Python.
• Experience with agent frameworks or orchestration patterns.
• Knowledge of retrieval workflows, embeddings, evaluation methods.
• Experience with vector databases and related tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement multi-step AI agents and workflows.
• Define architecture for applied AI solutions using TypeScript/Node or Python.
• Integrate agents with APIs, databases, and event systems.
• Build demos, proofs of concept, and pre-sales support.
• Mentor engineers and improve testing, observability, and versioning.
