Qualifications

• 4-8 years of professional software engineering experience shipping production SaaS.
• Proven AI First delivery with agent-based workflows and spec-driven development.
• Hands-on experience with multi-agent design, orchestration, and observability in production environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI First engineering and delivery across SaaS platforms, aligning with architecture standards.
• Build and operate production-grade AI features and agents, integrating AI tools and services.
• Develop agent-based automation coordinating LLMs, tools, and enterprise data.
• Create and refine prompts, agent skills, and context packages to improve accuracy and value.
• Translate Agile artifacts into agent-ready specifications and executable tests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship product increments and meet metrics.
