Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field is required.
• Six years of systems analysis and programming in a business environment.
• Ability to supervise and mentor less experienced staff and lead projects.

Responsibilities

• Define system scope and objectives for assigned projects based on research and fact-finding.
• Lead or mentor lower level team members and supervise project progress.
• Prepare detailed specifications from which programs will be written.
• Develop and document modifications to business applications.
• Design, code, test, debug, and maintain programs.
• Collaborate with IT teams and application owners to resolve issues.
• Apply full technical knowledge of systems analysis and programming to business needs.
• Perform quality assurance reviews and ensure user satisfaction.
