Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in a computer related field and two years of experience is required.
• 7 years of related experience, or an Associate's degree and 2 years related experience, may be substituted for required education/experience.
• Professional certifications from one of the following preferred: Microsoft MCSE, MCP, MCITP or VMware VCP or IBM AIX System Administration.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks related to the critical enterprise environment providing service delivery of server, application and workstation environments.
• Lead small teams of engineers to deliver enterprise solutions to the end user environment.
• Provide Level 3 support to internal and external Technical Services customers.
• Design and deliver end-to-end solutions crafted to meet specific business requirements.
• Develop strategic initiatives by creating multiple tactical solutions.
