Job summary

Roquette Group is seeking a Lead Applications Scientist – Consumer Health in Spring House, PA to drive oral solid dose development, formulation optimization, and data-driven technical communication. You will work with cross-functional teams to advance consumer health products from concept through commercialization, leveraging Roquette excipients and technologies.

The role requires five+ years in pharma/consumer health labs, strong analytical skills, and collaboration across regional and global

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field.
• Advanced degree in pharmaceutics, formulation science, pharmaceutical engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years in pharmaceutical/consumer health excipient industry with lab experience.
• Experience in oral solid dose development, formulation, processing or characterization.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan and execute oral solid dose development studies for consumer health.
• Prepare formulations and conduct laboratory trials using processing equipment.
• Analyze formulation and process impacts on product performance and manufacturability.
• Analyze data and communicate technical reports and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define objectives and deliver projects on time.
