Roquette is seeking a Lead Applications Scientist – Consumer Health in Spring House, PA to advance oral solid dose products from formulation to commercialization. You will design experiments, optimize processes, and translate results into actionable recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires at least five years in pharma/consumer health, expertise in solid-dose development, data analysis, and collaborative leadership across global teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in pharmaceutical, consumer health, excipient, or related industry with direct laboratory experience.
• Experience in oral solid dose development, formulation, pharmaceutical processing, or related activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute oral solid dose development studies for consumer health products.
• Prepare formulations and conduct laboratory trials using Roquette excipients and equipment.
• Analyze formulation and process impacts to deliver technical solutions for projects.
