Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between customers and internal teams to translate needs.
• Provide timely technical support including recommendations and investigations.
• Plan and execute lab and pilot-scale requests for projects.
• Prepare reports summarizing trial results and recommendations.
• Provide market-specific coatings expertise through engagement with industry groups.
• Maintain safety by completing site and field safety requirements.
• Develop skills through mentoring and participation in technical communities.
