Responsibilities

• Execute new product development projects
• Develop new approaches, solutions, processes, and products within an agreed timeframe
• Manage projects and resources to meet planned objectives
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental (SHE), and laboratory standards
• Provide technical support services to Manufacturing and Quality as required
• Execute processes and develop solutions to support cross-functional teams in completing new technology product initiatives aligned with strategic objectives
• Ensure that Henkel's new IP is protected through collaboration with internal and external partners
• Provide guidance and recommendations on patents, trademarks and proprietary agreements
• Conduct and evaluate product stability and performance testing
