Job summary

Fisher Investments in Washington is seeking an Application Development Team Lead for the FIIG Technology group to guide end-to-end delivery of software solutions for institutional clients. You will partner with business users and technology leaders to build scalable, secure architectures, drive roadmaps, and mentor a team of up to 10 developers in a fast-paced, in-office role with potential hybrid options.

This position offers a base salary range of $150,000 - $210,000 plus discretionary bonus

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering software solutions for sales, servicing, and data.
• Experience eliciting business needs through requirements and PM.
• Proven track record delivering technology roadmaps and improvements.
• Experience with full software development lifecycle.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Experience with cloud hosted systems and APIs (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users and leaders to translate priorities into engineering roadmaps.
• Ensure robust, secure, compliant architecture for onboarding, servicing, and data solutions.
• Define strategy for sales, onboarding, servicing, and data solutions with self-service.
• Prioritize work and oversee delivery of projects.
• Lead implementation of technical solutions for KPIs.
• Promote process maturity in software development and support.
• Define metrics and KPIs for application portfolio usage.
• Partner with security, infrastructure, and data/privacy teams to fulfill needs.
• Reduce risk via governance and security controls with related teams.
• Manage hiring, development, reviews, and terminations for up to 10 employees.
