Job summary

Fisher Investments seeks an Application Development Team Lead for the FIIG Technology group. You will guide the team responsible for developing and supporting software enabling sales, onboarding and client servicing for institutional clients.

You will partner with business and technology leaders to shape roadmaps, deliver high-quality, scalable solutions, and drive data-driven decision making. The role requires leadership of up to 10 engineers and close collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years delivering software solutions for sales, servicing, and data.
• Experience eliciting business needs and translating them into engineering roadmaps.
• Experience driving technology innovation and roadmaps with measurable improvements.
• Experience with the full software development lifecycle, from strategy to deployment and support.
• Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
• Experience with cloud hosted systems and APIs (Azure/AWS/GC).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users and technology leaders to translate priorities into engineering roadmaps.
• Ensure robust, scalable, secure, and compliant architecture of systems supporting institutional clients.
• Lead end-to-end delivery by FIIG Technology team and partners.
• Define KPIs and metrics for efficient use of the application portfolio.
• Manage a team of up to 10 employees, including hiring and development.
