Job summary

Fisher Investments in Tampa seeks an Application Development Team Lead within the FIIG Technology group to guide end-to-end software delivery, collaborate with business users and partners, and translate priorities into engineering roadmaps.

You will lead a team of up to 10 developers, drive secure, scalable architecture for sales, onboarding, and data solutions, and partner with information security and risk teams to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience delivering software solutions for sales, servicing, and data.
• Experience eliciting and representing a business group’s technology needs through requirements, project management, and software delivery.
• Demonstrated experience driving technology innovation and delivering measurable improvements.
• Experience with the full software development lifecycle from strategy to deployment and support.
• Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
• Experience with cloud hosted systems and APIs (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users, technology leaders, and partners to translate priorities into engineering roadmaps.
• Ensure robust, scalable, secure, and compliant architecture for sales, onboarding, and servicing software.
• Set strategy for sales, onboarding, servicing, and data solutions to improve end-user experience and speed of delivery.
• Prioritize work requests and oversee delivery by the team of up to 10 employees.
• Lead implementation of technical solutions focused on information and KPIs.
• Promote mature software development and support processes.
• Define metrics and KPIs for the application portfolio.
