Job Summary

This role oversees the analysis, design, development, and implementation of SAP applications within the organization. It involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translating them into technical solutions. Responsibilities include ensuring application quality and performance, managing project timelines, and supporting other analysts. The role is critical in driving innovation and continuous improvement in SAP and related technologies.

Key Accountabilities and Outcomes

• Provide functional and technical expertise in SAP Manufacturing solutioning and implementation.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform system testing and debugging to ensure functionality and performance.
• Provide training and support to the user community.
• Support troubleshooting for application issues.
• Ensure accurate master data management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery.
• Stay updated on SAP best practices and incorporate them into testing methodologies.
• Enhance user experience using SAP Fiori applications.

Knowledge, Experience, and Skills

• 5-7 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and Process Production.
• Strong knowledge of Activate methodology and industry best practices.
• Experience with end-to-end SAP S/4HANA greenfield implementations preferred.
• Integration experience with SAP MM, SD, PP, QM, EWM, and FI/CO modules.
• Leadership experience managing functional analysts and external consultants.
• Experience working in a global environment with localization requirements.
• Expertise in troubleshooting complex application issues.
• Experience with MES integration, label printers, and RF devices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Food services or CPG industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $108,960.00 - $163,440.00 annually, subject to experience and location.
