Landers Appliance in Baltimore is hiring a Lead Installer to oversee major home appliance installations across the Baltimore region. You’ll lead by example in the field, support and guide installers on your team, and ensure every job meets Landers’ quality and safety standards.

You’ll take ownership when challenges arise and deliver an excellent customer experience, while applying your 3–5 years of installation experience and expertise with high-end built-in appliances.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of appliance installation experience.
• Experience with high-end, built-in appliance installations.
• Confident in using hand and power tools and installation equipment.
• Excellent communication with customers and team members.
• Mentoring others and setting quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform major appliance installations across the Baltimore region.
