Qualifications

• 2–3 years appliance installation experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Ability to obtain DOT certification.
• Ability to pass background and MVR checks.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and move heavy appliances up to 1000 lbs with assistance.
• Experience with luxury/high-end appliances preferred.
• Strong mechanical skills and tool proficiency.
• Excellent customer service and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor installation team on projects.
