Job summary

CSC ServiceWorks is seeking a Lead Appliance Install Driver to actively deliver and install laundry and air equipment for residential and commercial clients on a Monday–Friday route. You will guide others through complex installations and ensure safe operation of equipment.

The role requires strong physical stamina, a valid driver's license, and the ability to manage parts and inventory across routes. This is a hands-on field position with opportunities for growth and training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Must be 21 years of age (DOT state requirement).
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening.
• Previous appliance repair experience preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and install laundry or air equipment to customer locations.
• Deliver and install ancillary technology (card readers, digital enhancements).
• Drive a box truck to deliver, pick up, or repair/replace washers, dryers and/or air machines.
• Prepare equipment for delivery (assemble required parts prior to loading on trucks).
• Instruct customers on safe and effective operation of equipment.
• Lead Installers will manage inventory and replenish parts.
• Teach others to resolve delivery and installation issues.
• Audit warehouse preparation activities.
