Job summary

CSC ServiceWorks is seeking an Appliance Install Driver in Austin, TX. You will actively deliver and install laundry equipment to homes and client sites, and assist with installation of ancillary technology. Role involves driving a box truck, loading/unloading, and educating customers on safe operation.

The position offers weekday schedules, opportunities for training, and a comprehensive benefits package. Prior delivery/install experience is preferred, with physical stamina and a valid driver's

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• DOT Certification is a plus.
• 1 year of job-related experience in delivery and installation (preferred) training is provided.
• Mechanical & Maintenance experience/knowledge.
• Experience driving box trucks.
• Ability to lift up to 100lbs in various conditions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and Install laundry equipment to customer's homes and client locations.
• Deliver and Install ancillary technology (card readers, digital enhancements).
• Drive a box truck to deliver, pick up, or repair/replace washers, dryers and/or air machines.
• Prepare equipment for delivery (assemble required parts prior to loading on trucks).
• Instruct customers/clients how to operate equipment safely and effectively.
• Staying physically active loading and unloading your company truck using a 2-wheeled hand cart.
