Job summary

CSC ServiceWorks in Savannah, GA is seeking a Lead Appliance Install Driver to deliver and install residential and commercial laundry equipment, air equipment, and ancillary technology on an assigned route.

You will lead Installers, manage inventory, and guide customers through complex installations, while ensuring safety and on-time service. A high school diploma, valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and good communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License required and ability to pass pre-employment screening.
• Experience in appliance repair or related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work independently.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and operate safely in varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and install laundry or air equipment to customer homes and client locations.
• Drive a box truck to deliver, install, or service units and related technology.
• Lead Installers; manage inventory and replenishment per guidelines.
• Instruct customers on safe operation of equipment and resolve installation issues.
• Audit warehouse preparation activities and coach teammates on best practices.
