CSC ServiceWorks is seeking a Lead Appliance Install Driver in Columbia, SC. This role is active, delivering residential/commercial laundry equipment, air equipment, and ancillary technology using a company truck, including installation at delivery on assigned routes.

Guides others through complex installations. Requires a high school diploma, valid license, ability to pass pre-employment screening, and willingness to lift up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening.
• Must be 21 years of age (DOT state requirement).
• Previous appliance repair experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Basic computer skills for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and install laundry equipment at homes and client locations.
• Deliver and install ancillary technology (card readers, digital enhancements).
• Drive a box truck to deliver, pick up, or repair/replace washers, dryers and/or air machines.
• Prepare equipment for delivery (assemble required parts prior to loading on trucks).
• Instruct customers on operation of equipment in a safe and effective manner.
• Lead Installers will manage inventory and execute regular parts replenishment.
• Teach others to resolve delivery and installation issues.
• Audit warehouse preparation activities of other Installers.
