Qualifications

• 5+ years of Appliance Delivery & Installation Service experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Valid state issued license required.
• DOT Medical card required.
• Ability to lift 70+ pounds frequently and 90+ pounds occasionally.
• Pre-employment drug and background screening required.
• Ability to deliver white glove service to customers.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic appliance installation with training provided.
• Accurately handle and install basic gas/electric household appliances.
• Ensure installations are damage-free and fully functional per specifications.
• Interact professionally with builders, designers and on-site customers.
• Attend company-paid installation training seminars and certifications.
• Provide driver duties and responsibilities as needed.
