Job summary

Nations Delivery Services is seeking a delivery lead to load, transport, install and remove customers' home appliances on Oahu, Hawaii. You will coordinate with crew and customers and ensure safe, on-time deliveries.

The role requires a minimum 1 year in freight/transportation or appliance delivery, a valid Type 3 Driver's License, knowledge of local streets, and strong communication. Must be able to lift 75–80 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1 year of freight/transportation/appliance delivery experience.
• Minimum Type 3 Driver’s License.
• Familiar with Oahu streets and locations.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.
• Strong interpersonal and customer communication skills.
• Ability to calm frustrated customers and provide service.
• Sharp decision making with quick responsiveness.
• Solid understanding of risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery jobs; primary company contact on site.
• Check manifests, inspect merchandise for damages, load into truck.
• Ensure load is secured; perform pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Walk delivery path to identify hazards; install and explain use to customer.
• Obtain customer sign-off; complete paperwork at shift end.
• Ensure truck cleaned; perform other duties as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
