Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in design or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of apparel design experience with hands-on execution.
• Experience delivering fast-to-market products with ~1-year go-to-market timelines.
• Experience creating apparel chassis from trends to market-ready pieces.
• Portfolio showing a market-ready collection from sketch to final product.
• Strategic thinking on product relevance, positioning, timing, and collections.
• Strong knowledge of fashion, design, and lifestyle trends.
• Ability to build seasonal concepts and long-term vision.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and digital tools/3D.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent sketching, illustration, and rendering abilities.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.

Responsibilities

• Push revolutionary aesthetics in apparel design with cross-functional teams.
• Concept and ideate through the lens of target consumer for digital and physical concepts.
• Finalize tech packs with Merchandising and Design teams.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and external partners to maintain vision through to consumer.
• Drive innovation in product and brand storytelling across future collections.
• Learn new skills and push new methods of making and design.
• Collaborate with color, graphics, and product teams to realize ideas.
