Aquent Talent is partnering with a leading global enterprise to recruit a Technical Designer in San Francisco. You will ensure each garment meets fit and design standards, translate concepts into specs, and collaborate with vendors to maintain consistent quality from concept to prototype, aligning with customer needs on a global scale.

You will drive fit strategies, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to risk management while ensuring samples meet brand standards across the product creation

Your Impact And Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and execute design aesthetics through consistent fit and construction, aligned with customer needs.

• Ensure both physical and digital samples comply with brand standards throughout the product creation process.

What You'll Bring: Must-Have Qualifications

• A general understanding and practical application of garment construction, patternmaking, alterations, and grading.
• Well-versed in Fit, Construction, and Quality standards.
• Strong understanding of brand, customer, and cost requirements.
• Understanding of relevant product lifecycle management or tech pack management systems.
• Ability to assess relatively complex situations and analyze data to recommend effective solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to be a strong collaborator and influencer.

What You’ll Bring: Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of 3D rendering and/or digital pattern software.
