Job summary

ST Engineering North America is seeking an experienced aviation maintenance supervisor in San Antonio to lead a crew of 20+ in high‑level aircraft maintenance.

You will remove and replace components, provide training, and step in as Relief Lead, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency across our MRO operations. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certification required.
• Three (3) years minimum experience in heavy commercial maintenance.
• Three (3) years supervisory experience.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of 20+ and prioritize daily tasks.
• Remove and replace aircraft components using specialized tooling and GSE per directives.
• Provide training for lower skill levels and perform as Relief Lead in absence.
• Maintain and store tools in serviceable condition.

What YOU will do:

• Responsible for a crew of 20 or more and able to prioritize what needs to be done daily.
• Remove and replace various aircraft components using special tooling and ground support equipment following verbal and written instructions such as supervisor's directives and manuals to complete all routine and non-routine assignments promptly.
• Perform the duties of and provide necessary training for lower skill levels.
• Perform as Relief Lead, assuming all Lead responsibilities in their absence.
• Maintain and store various tools in a serviceable condition.
