Job summary

Adara Communities is seeking an experienced Apartment Property Manager to lead daily operations of a 276-unit conventional community in a fast-paced setting.

You will coach onsite staff, oversee financials, drive leasing performance and ensure resident relations with the highest standards of service. A strong bonus structure and housing discounts accompany a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Apartment Manager experience required.
• Experience supervising onsite staff preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage rent collection, delinquencies and operating expenses.
