Seldin Company is seeking a Lead Apartment Maintenance Technician at the Livestock Exchange and Livestock Commons communities in Omaha, NE. This full-time role will diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance repairs while delivering excellent service to residents.

Applicants should have three to four years of related experience, knowledge of appliance repair, carpentry, plumbing and electrical work, and EPA or HVAC certification.
