Job summary

Atlantic Pacific Companies is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician for the Franciscan of Arlington community, a 418-unit property in Arlington, Texas. The role covers routine maintenance in apartments, common areas, and amenities, plus preparing units for new move-ins.

Strong DIY skills across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and cleaning are essential. You'll work on preventive maintenance, logs, and turnover tasks, with a focus on safety and quality repairs in a

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
EPA I or II, Universal or HVAC certified is required.
CPO Certification is a plus and experience maintaining pools is required.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Experience with property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Maintains and repairs buildings across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, landscaping, painting, and appliances.
Complete service requests within 24 hours.
Log all work orders and complete apartment service tickets.
Turnover process for vacant apartments; prep for lease.
Replace worn parts in machines and equipment.
Assist in ordering property supplies.
Clean and maintain interior/exterior areas; wash windows.
