Job summary

Revised Personnel Staffing Agency is seeking a hands-on Lead Maintenance Technician to join an apartment community in Allen, Texas. You will lead a maintenance team, coordinate daily activities, and keep the property running smoothly.

Responsibilities include preventive and routine maintenance, troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, completing apartment turns, handling resident requests, and coordinating with contractors while prioritizing safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience as Lead Maintenance or supervisor at multifamily properties.
• Proficient in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
• HVAC certification preferred; EPA certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily maintenance at the property.
• Perform preventive and routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Complete apartment turns and make-ready work.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests and work orders.
• Coordinate with vendors and supervise team.
• Maintain inventory and safety compliance.
