Job summary

Revised Personnel Staffing Agency is seeking a skilled Lead Maintenance Technician to join a growing property management team in Allen, Texas. You will lead maintenance operations, coordinate repairs, and ensure safety and quality across the property.

The role requires strong leadership, HVAC knowledge, and hands-on maintenance experience. This on-site position offers opportunities to train and supervise staff while maintaining a clean, safe property.

Qualifications

• Lead Maintenance or Maintenance Supervisor experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
• HVAC certification preferred/required.
• Apartment maintenance experience strongly preferred.
• EPA certification is a plus.

Position Responsibilities
