Job summary
Adara Communities seeks an Apartment Maintenance Technician in Plant City, FL. You will lead maintenance staff, review and complete service requests, and coordinate make-readies and upgrades to keep units ready for residents.
A valid HVAC certification and a 2+ year multifamily maintenance background are required. You’ll participate in on-call rotations, manage inventory and tools, and partner with the Property Manager on various projects while upholding safety, cleanliness, and resident
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience as a maintenance technician in multifamily housing.
- HVAC certification is required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and guide maintenance staff in daily operations.
- Complete and oversee service requests for timely, high-quality results.
- Coordinate make-readies, upgrades, and maintenance schedules.
- Ensure work orders and unit turns are completed efficiently.
- Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled.
- Maintain inventory and proper use of tools and equipment.
- Support the Property Manager on maintenance projects.
- Uphold safety, cleanliness and resident satisfaction standards.
