Adara Living is seeking an Apartment Lead Maintenance Technician to manage maintenance staff and ensure high-quality service for Parkside Place (384 units). The role requires HVAC certification, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to participate in on-call rotations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in multifamily maintenance, a reliable work history, and a toolbox for common repairs. The role emphasizes safety, resident satisfaction, and teamwork in an outdoor community

Qualifications

• Lead, train, and guide maintenance staff in daily operations.
• Proven ability to coach, train, and lead service technicians.
• Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and time-management skills.
• HVAC certification and valid driver's license required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance staff during daily operations.
• Oversee service requests to ensure timely, high-quality results.
• Coordinate and assist with make-readies, upgrades, and schedules.
• Ensure work orders and unit turns are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled.
