The role requires strong HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills, plus leadership and reliability to ensure high-quality workmanship and timely responses. Training and supervising staff, coordinating with the property manager, and prioritizing tasks are key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry knowledge required.
• Minimum of Type 2 EPA Certification required.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Recruitment, training, and development of staff.
• Effective leader and strong communicator.
• Hands-on team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance staff and oversee resident work orders.
• Support the property manager and coordinate maintenance tasks.
• Inspect quality of maintenance work performed.
• Set work order priorities and ensure timely completion.
