The role requires strong HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills, plus leadership and reliability to ensure high-quality workmanship and timely responses. Training and supervising staff, coordinating with the property manager, and prioritizing tasks are key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry knowledge required.
• Minimum of Type 2 EPA Certification required.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Recruitment, training, and development of staff.
• Effective leader and strong communicator.
• Hands-on team player with a positive attitude.

About this position

Description: Real Estate development and property management company is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Lead Technician (EPA Certified) to join our winning team! The Apartment Maintenance Lead role is to aid and support all areas of property maintenance. The main function of this position is to lead the maintenance staff and the fulfillment of resident work orders. Additional duties include providing support to the property manager, inspecting the quality of maintenance work performed, directing maintenance staff, and setting work order priorities.

Requirements

• Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
• Minimum of Type 2 EPA Cert required
• 3+ years minimum experience in a similar role
