Qualifications

• Three years minimum experience as Maintenance Supervisor (preferred) or Technician in a multi-family apartment setting or equivalent industry.
• HVAC and EPA Certification.
• Experience with Yardi.
• Ability to estimate maintenance and repair timelines and costs associated with projects.
• The ability to set goals and create a plan to accomplish them.

Responsibilities

• Work with Property Manager to ensure safety, maintenance and equipment needs across the property.
• Coordinate and schedule projects in vacant apartments ahead of time to complete work promptly.
• Manage large capital projects including bidding, supervising contractors and reviewing completed work.
• Communicate with vendors and staff to resolve issues.
• Assist in maintaining budgetary controls and inventory.
