Job summary

SwiftTalent Partners is seeking Apartment Maintenance Technicians to complete service requests, prepare vacant apartments, and support the maintenance team to keep the property operating smoothly and safely.

Candidates should have 2+ years on-site maintenance experience with basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills. HVAC/EPA certification is preferred but not required; strong teamwork and reliability are essential. Must lift 50 lbs and work in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of on-site apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, drywall, and painting.
• HVAC certification preferred but not required; maintenance certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests in a timely, professional, and customer-focused manner.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, lighting, fixtures, doors and hardware.
• Perform drywall patching, painting, caulking, carpentry, blinds, screens, cabinets, countertops and basic repairs.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in and support turnover/make-ready process.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of grounds, shops, storage rooms and common areas.
• Log work orders, follow up on repairs, and communicate supply needs and safety standards.
• Participate in on-call rotation, emergency maintenance, and overtime when assigned.
