Job summary

Odin Management in Missouri is seeking a reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician (EPA Certified) to manage resident work orders and turnovers at our multifamily community. The role requires hands-on skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks.

You will organize tasks, keep the area clean, participate in on-call rotations, and coordinate with the Property Manager on parts and purchases.

Qualifications

• Minimum Type 2 EPA certification required.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry experience.
• Two years’ experience in maintenance.
• Must be neat, professional and punctual.
• Strong team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Organize and complete resident work orders and turnovers.
• Prioritize maintenance tasks to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain an orderly maintenance area and report status daily.
• Coordinate with Property Manager on parts/material purchases.
• Be available for on-call maintenance emergencies.

Real Estate Development and Property Management company is seeking a talented, reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician (EPA Certified) for our multifamily apartment community. The main function of the Apartment Maintenance Technician is to organize, prioritize, and complete resident work orders and turnovers. The ideal candidate will have prior apartment maintenance experience and well-rounded skills such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

Requirements

• Ensure work orders/turnovers are completed effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain a count of outstanding work orders and report to the Property Manager daily.
• Keep the maintenance area neat and clean.
• Work on call rotations for maintenance emergencies.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager on purchasing parts/material as needed.

Essential Skills/Abilities:

• Minimum Type 2 EPA certification required.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry experience.
• Ability to support and contribute to the team.
• Positive attitude.
• Two (2) years’ experience in previous relevant maintenance field.
• Neat, clean, and professional.
• Attendance is an imperative job function.
