• Design in vitro assays to assess antibodies.

Skills

Protein expression in bacterial, mammalian and insect cell systems

Protein purification

Flow cytometry and single B-cell sorting techniques

Experience leading scientific personnel

Experience with ForteBio Octet technology

Hands-on experience with live-cell imaging systems

Troubleshooting experimental strategies

Education

PhD in biology, molecular biology, biochemistry or related field

Tools

Automated HPLC and FPLC systems

GE Unicorn FPLC software
