Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to the anesthesia technical team, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and development.
• Coordinate procurement, inventory management, and maintenance of anesthesia equipment, supplies, and medications.
• Ensure availability and proper functioning of monitors, ventilators, and anesthesia machines.
• Develop and enforce SOPs and protocols for anesthesia technicians, ensuring regulatory compliance.
