Job summary

You will ensure equipment uptime, enforce SOPs, and maintain safety standards in a fast-paced hospital environment. Evening shifts may be required, with opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of anesthesia technician experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Associate's degree in related field required; no substitution.
• Strong knowledge of anesthesia equipment, procedures, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to the anesthesia technical team, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and professional development.
• Coordinate procurement, inventory management, and maintenance of anesthesia equipment, supplies, and medications.
• Ensure availability, functionality, and proper functioning of anesthesia equipment, such as monitors, ventilators, and anesthesia machines.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and protocols for anesthesia technicians, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, safety standards, and best practices.
