Job summary

The position requires at least 2 years as an anesthesia technician and 1 year in a leadership role, with knowledge of OR procedures, sterile technique, and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as an Anesthesia Technician
• At least one year in a leadership role
• Knowledge of operating room procedures, sterile technique, standard precautions and anesthesia care
• Knowledge of inventory management, equipment and supply control, and quality assurance processes
• Some education or training as a health care worker in a surgical environment
• Ability to oversee daily staff schedules in addition to training, workflow, and anesthesia supplies/inventory in ORs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and respond proactively to patient care needs
• Strong verbal and written communication with patients, medical staff, and multidisciplinary teams
