You will write code, review code, and own features from idea to release, ensuring quality and speed. You will keep the team aligned, reduce manual steps, and push for automated verification.

Qualifications

• Team lead with strong technical background and ability to ship features end-to-end.
• Experience reviewing code and guiding design decisions across platforms.
• Ability to define and track reliability metrics for key features.
• Strong communication and collaboration across distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Own major features end to end, collaborating with design and release.
• Maintain and improve reliability metrics for core features.
• Review pull requests and provide constructive feedback.
• Unblock the team when blockers arise and drive momentum.
• Identify when a component should be adopted by the team and coordinate rollout.
