Qualifications

• Experience leading software teams and delivering features end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own major features end to end, from design through release.
• Maintain and improve reliability metrics for key features.
• Review pull requests and provide constructive feedback.
• Unblock teammates when they are stuck and keep momentum.
• Identify opportunities to consolidate multiple implementations into a single, reusable solution.
• Keep shared components well-documented and maintainable.
• Lead changes in how the team works when needed.
• Reduce manual steps to enable faster, safer releases.
• Address recurring issues by improving underlying setup.
