Job summary

P3 Group seeks a Lead Android Automotive software Project Manager to drive frontend and backend integration for automotive clients. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and ensure timely delivery of innovative in-car solutions. Qualifications

• Develop and execute detailed project plans aligned with business goals.
• Strong client engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Advanced English proficiency; German a plus.
• Familiarity with automotive industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and drive growth.
• Occasionally travel to engage with global P3 teams.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

WHO YOU ARE

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Automotive, or a related field.
• You bring experience managing technical projects in automotive software or related domains.
• Ability to provide guidance on Android Automotive integration, HMI, and IVI systems.
• Skilled in developing and executing detailed project plans aligned with business goals.
• Strong communication skills for client engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Advanced English proficiency (German is a plus).
• Familiarity with automotive industry standards and regulations.
• Knowledge of Android or Linux-based system architecture.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams or products.
• Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or ITIL are a plus.
