Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group, based in Pompano Beach, FL, is seeking a Field Sales Manager to drive sales volume and distribution by leading and coaching a team of sales representatives toward performance goals through planning, organization, training and execution. The role covers the Deerfield Beach/Pompano Beach area.

You will manage 7 direct reports, conduct one‑on‑one meetings, review performance, and develop coaching plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in sales.
• Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software.

Responsibilities

• Manages and coaches a team of sales representatives.
• Conducts effective one-on-one sales meetings with sales representatives, communicating objectives and programs, identifying opportunities, reviewing performance, and guiding on closing gaps.
• Develops and reviews performance enhancement plans, maintains training files, conducts evaluations, and follows up on progress.
• Addresses skill deficiencies by developing coaching plans and tracking progress.
• Pre-plans prior to each sales period, strategizing to achieve goals and defining target accounts.
• Participates in associate interview and onboarding process with HR.
